About Our Founder
Deji Abere
An Entrepreneur, Visionary Leader & Tony Elumelu Foundation Award Winner
Deji Abere is the Founder of JET Business Academy, a dynamic learning institution dedicated to empowering individuals with practical skills in entrepreneurship, business development, digital innovation, and personal growth.
He is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and visionary leader from Southwest Nigeria, recognized for his passion for enterprise, innovation, and social transformation.
Deji is also a proud Alumnus and Award Winner of the prestigious Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme, where he received the $5,000 seed capital in recognition of his entrepreneurial excellence and innovative impact.
In pursuit of a higher purpose, Deji transitioned from paid employment to full-time entrepreneurship — a leap that birthed JET GROUP, a fast-growing multi-service company he currently leads as Managing Director and Executive Director.
Under his leadership, JET GROUP has expanded into strategic sectors including:
